What is Oversize Shipping?
Oversize Shipping terms apply to items which are 3m* or over in length or to very heavy items. These require special shipping and therefore incur an additional charge.
*Rigid items only. For example, a 3m length of wire or heat shrink is not subject to these terms.
When will my Parcel be dispatched?
Our shipments are collected daily at about 4pm. In order to ensure that your order is shipped same day you should order as early as possible. Some orders may be delayed if we need to bring in stock from another warehouse.
How secure is my transaction?
In one word, very. Our online payment system means that we never see your card details and they are not stored by us.
During checkout your card details are confirmed and once accepted your payment is authorised but no money is taken until we ship your goods.
If you prefer to pay using PayPal you will probably already know how secure and safe it is. Used by millions worldwide, it is fast becoming the most popular method of online payment.
I cannot find the product I am looking for.
Our search feature is now more powerful than ever. Give it as much detail as you can using keywords. Don't forget that sometimes there may be more than one way to describe something. For example "12v" could also be "12 volt", so try them both.
You can also search for your product using the part number or SKU, simply enter SKU:part number into the search box at the top of the screen and press the "Go" button.
About your Special Offers.
In the top banner you will see our Special Offers button. When you click this the site will only present you with items which are on sale. You may navigate the site as normal. To return to see all items click on the Home button.
Are the prices shown your best prices?
We know that there are some items that you buy in bulk. When you add a large quantity of these items to your shopping cart you might see a page pop up asking if you would like us to give you a special quote for these items. We want to give you best price possible on these items so please take the time to submit the form or ring us on 0845 372 0033 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
The status of my order in MY ACCOUNTS is set to DEFERRED, what does this mean?
It means that your order isn't ready for shipping yet. We only take payment when your order is ready to leave us. It could be that we are waiting on stock coming in from another warehouse. Don't worry, there is no problem with your order or your card details.
When I got to the checkout my basket was empty!

Can I place a REPEAT ORDER without searching for the items again?
Yes. When you place an order via the website that order will be saved. You can place a Repeat Order at any time by logging into your account and using the My Orders page. If a product from a past order is no longer available you will not be able to repeat that order.
