Does the Oversize Shipping cost apply to 3m lengths of wire?
No, the oversize shipping cost only applies to rigid items of 3m or over. This extra charge is applied by the courier.
I added products to my cart but now I cant see them.
This usually happens becuase your session has timed out. If you add products to your cart and then leave the computer for a long period of time your session will time out and items will be removed from your cart. This is a security measure and is found on most online stores.
To ensure that this does not happen to you, simply complete your transaction in one sitting.
When will my Parcel be dispatched?
Our shipments are collected daily at about 4pm. In order to ensure that your order is shipped same day you should order as early as possible. Some orders may be delayed if we need to bring in stock from another warehouse.
How secure is my transaction?
In one word, very. Our online payment system means that we never see your card details and they are not stored by us.
During checkout your card details are confirmed and once accepted your payment is authorised but no money is taken until we ship your goods.
I cannot find the product I am looking for.
Our search feature is now more powerful than ever. Give it as much detail as you can using keywords. Don't forget that sometimes there may be more than one way to describe something. For example "12v" could also be "12 volt", so try them both.
You can also search for your product using the part number or SKU, simply enter SKU:part number into the search box at the top of the screen and press the "Go" button.
About your Special Offers.
In the top banner you will see our Special Offers button. When you click this the site will only present you with items which are on sale. You may navigate the site as normal. To return to see all items click on the Home button.
I keep getting a SITE ERROR when I click on a product or link.
We are constantly adding new features or upgrading parts of our site to make it easier to use. Sometimes the new code may conflict with the data stored in your browsers cache. In these circumstances we advice you to totally clear your cache of all data and cookies. This should fix the problem, if it does not please email or phone us and let us know. If you can, please let us know the OS and Browser you are using.
I cannot see my shopping cart which should appear in the right hand column.
Some users say that they cannot see the right hand column on our site. If you cannot see the blue delivery van image on the right of your screen then this applies to you. Please ensure that your browsers text size is set to medium, you can change this by clicking on the VIEW menu tab at the top of your screen. As far as we know this only applies to users of Internet Explorer V6 and possibly previous versions. IE 7 users should not have this problem.
