Returns and Refunds
Should you be unhappy with your purchase you can return the goods for a full refund less any carriage costs within 14 days. (EXCLUDING CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS)
The goods must be returned unused, with all packaging and any accessories.
We are happy to cover the return costs for faulty goods or goods sent in error, all we ask that you allow us to use our own carriers. You must cover return costs for goods ordered in error.

You must report any damaged deliveries on the day of receipt.
