Shipping Methods
We ship to UK locations using the following services:
- Courier - Parcelforce & Fedex
- Royal Mail Post
We select the most appropriate service based on weight, size and value. If you have special delivery requirements please get in touch.
Overseas Shipping
We welcome orders from around the world.
Currently, our site is not able to accept orders from anywhere other than the UK and its islands. Please contact us via email at sales@thesitebox.com to set up and process your order.
We can offer a delivery rate suited to your needs. We can even arrange shipping using your own courier accounts. In these cases you must provide all required documentation to authorise the collection with the courier, without this we cannot release the goods.
Shipping to most of Europe of up to 25Kg is covered by a flat fee. This applies to a single package with dimensions no more than 60x60x60cm, shipments of 2 parcels or more, heavier parcels or special requirements may incur an extra charge.
Examples are:
- 25kg - 60x60x60cm max to Most of Europe = £19.99
- 25kg - 60x60x60cm max to Spain = £25.99

Tracking Your Parcel
Depending on how your parcel was sent you can use the following links to track your parcel. Your tracking number and info on the service used will be included in the confirmation email sent to you the day your parcel leaves us. This email is sent automatically, if you do not receive it please check your junk mail box or check the email address you have registered with us.

UK Standard Delivery Details (Zone 1)
- Orders over £50 (exc VAT) receive FREE SHIPPING.*
- Orders below £50 (exc VAT) at £5.50+VAT.*
For long Cable Management items and certain other items of length.
Orders over £500 (excluding VAT) receive FREE SHIPPING.
Orders below £500 (excluding VAT) shipping charged at £20.00+VAT.
Delivery times depend upon the shipping method selected.
48 hour and Next Day services are available in Zone 1, these exclude non working days. If we are unable to meet your shipping option we will contact you, move you down the shipping scale and refund the difference. We can arrange timed deliveries including Saturdays, please contact us for a price before placing your order. Your order must be placed before 1pm for a next day delivery, otherwise your order will be delayed by 1 working day.
*Zone 1 only. Excludes items that are or exceed 3m in length.
Delivery Details (Zone 2)
This applies to remote parts of Scotland or Northern Ireland, these are shown as Zone 2. We cannot offer free shipping to these areas due to surcharges applied by our couriers. Please note that deliveries to areas under AB postcodes are on a 48 hour service. This is imposed by the courier.
When you select a product you will be presented with a list of carriage charges for that item.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. You should allow up to 3 days for delivery. If there is any delay to this time scale we will notify you.
Should your order be urgent and you must have it the next day or before 10am please contact us first to make sure that we can meet your needs.
UK Islands - Its best to contact us direct about your order
All deliveries outside mainland UK are subject to varying charges depending upon location, these are imposed by our couriers. This includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles. The website does not take size or weight into account and will present you with an amount that covers an average order. We would always advise customers wishing to order from UK islands to email or phone us with your order, this will allow us to work out shipping for your specific order.
When ordering items marked as Oversize we are currently unable to provide shipping costs tailored to your order online so please get in touch with your order requirements and we can quote shipping based upon destination and weight. We will contact buyers who place orders that do not include sufficient shipping charges, we will inform you of any outstanding amount required for shipping.
