If you require a cleaner cut please use two flute cutters.The depth of cut on cutters of 2.0 mm diameter and below should be a maximum of 1.0 mm per pass.Small diameters in Tungsten Carbide must be handled with care to avoid breakage and very shallow passes must be made.
