Ovolo & Rounding Over Cutters
Ovolo and rounding over cutters without bearing guides are chosen for panel work and edge moulding. Bearing guided cutters are ideal for curved work. All can be used on natural timbers, man-made particle and fibre boards. Popular uses include edging window frames, glazing bars, cabinets, table-tops, pencil rounds, trophies, shelves and fire surrounds. They can also be used to produce bullnose edge moulds.
Self Guided cutters for rounding over edges, without the need for a side fence. If cutter is lowered a top quirk can be produced.
Bull nose moulding can also be produced by taking a second pass from the opposite side of the workpiece.
